<< Hope that Vodaphone and Bell Atlantic can work out a sensible arrangement >>

Me to. I'm a very satisfied Bell Atlantic CDMA/AMPS nationwide one rate customer and the deal could accelerate the emergence of a CDMA/GSM phone that would allow me to carry my domestic subscription to Europe. This would be great for CDMA. Great for Q.

<< Nextwave ... timely CDMA data roll out of wholesale data supply in the US >>

If they are allowed to reorganize and keep licenses (after the fat lady sings) CDMA is not a lock, IMHO. Vendor financing and politics will play every bit as big a part in the 3G technology decision as the technology itself.
