There are many Taiweanese here doing volunteer work. The Chairman of the Department of Accounting at the school I received my graduate degree in accounting from is from Taiwan, and serves on most of the major volunteer boards in my area. But you are so confused about China. There are currently two competing idealogies. One capitalist, one communist. But there is only room for one. Evidently, you support communist. The only people who believe that China will quit their anti-American rhetoric if they could only have China are the brainwashed minions of the Clinton administration. Even the mainland Chinese who live with the propaganda machine on an incessant basis do not believe that.
