You are wrong again the split occurred in april the filings just happened, these are all post split filings and you are dead wrong about Virgil, The FEDS are all over him, just ask him. By the way it is 23, 000,000 shares pre split. There are at least 3,000,000 outstanding for a company with almost zero revenue and who are the subject of and SEC investigation and with an investigation undoubtedly looking into their ties with Starnet. Most importantly, their own operations involving felons and gambling, in addition there is porno on VGAMD's sites.
