I bought IATR and sold it completely the next day. I still have IATRP From 8 months ago, when it was TPEGP. So I sold the stock and I still hold the stock plain and simple.

That is the third and final answer to your NONSENSE . . . . it is in direct response to your question about Whiz Kid's thread and here.

If you have nothing to CONTRIBUTE towards the positive progression of this thread, then further transmissions will be considered "off-topic" and a "disruption." Do not write me any more. I will no longer reply directly to you. Thus, further writing to me will be considered "harassment."

If you insist on writing me, I will take some time out of my day, to search my hard disk for my TPEG/IATR correspondence, concerns and due diligence. . .which will clearly show that IATR is a POS stock wrapped in hype. . . and how I felt lucky to SCALP it for a 75 percent profit overnight.

I have had conversations with Dr. Barry Sandrew. . .between my home and the Beverly Hills Penthouse Suite the IATR executives enjoy. I would detail how he refused to address my concerns for shareholders of IATRW. . and the many shareholders that were burned by the company that week.

I could address how the company failed to disclose to shareholders that the warrants were worth less after the REVERSE SPLIT than had previously been thought. . . then never offered an explanation or apology for withholding such material information. . and when shareholders asked the company about the value of warrants directly [on the IATR website, in emails and via telephone] the company refused to answer, then issued a sudden press release, which claimed the warrants were worth far less than shareholders were led to believe.

Would you like me to go on?

That situation got very ugly and I would not want to see anyone else get stuck long with this crap stock. With all your emotional hype on IATR and claims that it will. . how did you say it? SHOOT TO THE MOON? Message 11044962 . . to 10 or 15 dollars [surely you jest]. . . it is beginning to look like an obvious short-sell call is in order. . . I am sure that short-sellers would find my full report on TPEG/IATR very interesting indeed.

I also find it interesting that you give the appearance that you are trading on information that is not available to the general public. Isn't there a LAW against that? Gee, you seem to know so much about these stocks before the general public does. Here are a few examples. . no reply necessary. . they speak for themselves. . .and you have the nerve to attack my "character"!

IATR: Message 11101387
PENC: Message 10350276
PENC: Message 8131201

You HYPE stocks. If you get paid for it, you are breaking the law, by not disclosing your position. If you do it but don't get paid, then you are merely selfish and foolish. Such activity tends to HURT others. . . and I will not allow you to pump and dump on this thread.

I could go into full detail of ALL the reasons I think IATR is not worth a buy and hold here . . . . I learned much in my Due Diligence and posted my distrust for the company about 6 months ago.

If you persist in writing me or harassing me, I'll take the time to post my FULL reports, including what I posted back in the winter. It would be my pleasure to then paste and link my FULL reports to the "Rande Is...Raging" board on the Raging Bull. . .or to my board on Motely Fool. . .or my penny stock FISHING board here on SI. . .and certainly I should link my report to Joe Copia's, Tokyo Joe's, the IATR thread on SI, Yahoo, AOL and anywhere else that folks might be lured into buying this issue.

Come to think of it. . . I think I might enjoy short-sell scalping IATR right back down to $1.00 where it was last week.

Or I could just ignore you and IATR altogether and you could just crawl back into that hole. . .

. . . your call.
