Posting any info from NASD CRD records is a violation of the NASD's copyright and policy and since they are a private organization , many of the things inside are untrue false and or incomplete. I do know that A@P has sued successfully on these grounds , so It is a bad idea as many have already posted this false and bogus info many times before in an attempt to discredit the man. Each time they have been sued. Be my guest.
