Telecom stocks up in UK, Germany, France today.

Hopefully, the rotation back into telecom will start Tues.

Maybe somebody (o.k. a lot of somebodies) will find GBLX worth noticing.

Correct, Rupert. The map shows logical routes, not necessarily route facilities which are owned outright by FRO. If it did reflect the physical routes, then it would resemble QWST's, since that is where FRO obtained most of its fiber capacity. Also, some of the routes that FRO shows on the logical map are not owned by them, since they, too, indulge in route swapping and peering with other SPs. Frank
