Hi Zeev, please share your shorting expertise with us: (1) Can U.S. OTC stocks be shorted in Canada and other foreign areas by regular investors ? (2) Have you ever been in contact with anyone that has ever shorted a U.S. OTC stock ? If so, please explain the mechanics of their strategy.
