At $22 7/8. It looks like too many big boys are trying to get through the door at the same time. Is this the IBM buy-out rumor or something else?

Judging by last weeks Intel Developer Conference, TWO COMPANIES - Microsoft and Red Hat LINUX - had 64 bit EPIC/IA/64 Operating systems up and running within 2 1/2 weeks of the 64 bit Merced's birth.
