Bill - AMD can try and kill Intel and it's perfectly legal. Intel CANNOT, try and kill AMD or they would have the legal apparatus of the entire US Govt all over them like a cheap suit (FTC, Justice Dept, Boy Scouts and anything else that can bring a federal law suit). Intel figured this out long ago and literally cannot try to "KILL" AMD since they don't have a death wish. If that isn't obvious, then we don't have much basis for a conversation. By the way, competition isn't killing.

Best regards,
Burt
