The recent deal with Merrill has not been factored into the price of NITE...believe me,it's a very significant business arrangemnent!

We have successfully tested a bottom three times in the 29 - 31 area. I'd say the cake is baking nicely.

It would seem so! I guess there could be disturbances when/if more TWE-owned or AMTD-owned NITE shares get sold off, but I would view those as additional buying opportunities. Actually, should the OLBs find further need to sell stock to raise cash, that would in a way move the shares from weak to strong hands.
