What's the DOWNSIDE RISK at this juncture? Specifically how would one compute it ?

Usually I measure the downside as $0 and then go up from there if you wish to be less conservative.

I would have given a similar answer to the question in 1929, 1934, 1972, 1987, 1998 and yesterday. (had I been alive in the earlier dates!)
