I read the release the same way you do, that is GRNO is turning over rights to the technology in return for the "$30 million" plus royalties. There are important immediate and long term benefits in this agreement to stockholders in my opinion. That is, unless the conditions are too severe. Note also that there is set aside for GRNO some territory in the Southeast. For this little company, that in itself could be valuable long term. With regard to dilution, you know that your "100MM?" will eventually pop up time and again as a known fact on these threads. Such is your power to influence, Zeev. Charles
