Charles, apology for the 100 MM shares, but with a stock selling (at the time) at $.10 and assuming that only $10 MM will go to equity, what other number could I put in? Unless of course, Bill was smart enough to make it a percentage (less than 50% hopefully) of the company. If that is the case, we should be in pretty good shape, if memory serves there are only some 5 MM shares right now. a $30 MM valuation of the technology should give us a pretty good stock price going forward, particularly in view of the fact that someone else will provide for deployment capital and GRNO gets royalties, which go directly to the bottom line. Has anyone gone down to see if the mothballed outfit has been restarted? Zeev. Zeev
