Heinz,

I just got borderline CLASS 1 SELL signals in the DOW and NDX, so it could start to reverse as soon as today or up 1 more day.

Its interesting to note that the DOW started running hard, but the NAZ is lagging for the time being. Im speaking of the same time frame around noon.

Hi Heinz,
Some more thoughts on NASDAQ "average P/E":

According to marketguide.com,
there are 4689 NASD companies, of these 2675 have a P/E > 0, 123 have a P/E > 140, and 20 companies have a P/E > 1000. This means that a few very high P/E ratios are skewing the data that was used to calculate the "average P/E". Although I agree that the NASD P/E has been increasing lately, I think the "average P/E = 140" statistic you referred to is not meaningful.

Regards,
Craig
