Hi Stock Bull

the best i can do is remember the old sunkist orange commercial where 2 oranges look the same only one has the sunkist stamp and the other doesnt when the other is opened a monster pops out? If you computer doesnt say DELL you dont know what kind of monsters are gonna pop out<GGG> I think the main issue comes down to QC and testing. although DEll has quite a few patents for geek things that i dont understand that make DELLs run better

Frank

So, how are computers different
Take off the cover and try to swap out a card. On a dell optiplex it's just press a couple of buttons, lift a lever and the card rack is in your hand ready to work with. Power supply in the way? just swing it out. Try that with a white box, if you can find the right size screwdrivers and reach in behind the disk and power supply, etc. Don't forget the bandaids.
