Over at Yahoo! at least one poster is saying he thinks that shorts covering are pushing us up. I recall a week or two ago several posters were saying that Clearstation was pointing to WCII as a good short. Could be that people followed that (bad, as it turns out) advice and are covering. Also, I just checked the Office.Com site and it still says that a full-scale rollout will occur in the third quarter. By my calendar, that gives them three more weeks - unless it gets delayed. And since they will have access to tens of millions of dollars of CBS advertising (that they got in trade for 1/3 ownership of the site) I would expect to see the Office.Com and WinStar brands all over the place. Maybe Ali can examine the tea leaves and tell us what he sees there...probably as good a way to understand these short-term moves as any...

Just a guess, but I have a feeling we set a new high in short order!
