So much for the "experts" again (as usual). Wonder how they will try to put a negative spin on this since there were no storms in the Gulf, and weather has been fairly mild. wait wait wait, I got it! "The low build was due to the increased electricity usage as people used their computers to plan their Labor Day vacations." Yeah, that's what happened! :-o So we got 4 weeks to build 6 weeks worth of supply, just to be even with last year when the heating season starts?
