good question Mike.

What will the ASE do now ?

I really don't understand what the h*** is going on ?
We just don't seem close enough to know what really is going on at TCT ? It has always made no sense to me that 95% of the company operations are in Calgary while everthing elese is in the U.S. and yet it is a Canadian Company. TCT should move its head office to Scottsdale. If there is a power struggle then lets get it over and lets get on with it. If the financials suck then get then out none the less. today's close of .14 CDN means the capitalization of TCT went under 2 million CDN. It looks cheap to me, I don't know why a buy-out doesn't take place.

I should'a done what Edward Richmond did - sell and run.

Jim

Hello Mike:

Even if the year end financials are released today the company may still be in default. The first quarter financials were due on 29 August. Has any extension been requested or granted for these?
