I'm curious as to your reasoning behind saying that this will take the wind out of BRCD. Are you implying that Convergenet has been basing their SAN's testing on one of BRCD's competitors? If so, which one? Thanks...

correct me if i'm wrong....if they are selling the company to dell, then at the date of closing they will receive value for the company, be it stock or cash. the value at this time establishes the tax base for cap gains on the sale......can't give up ownership without consideration.....
