If you mean the code of military justice, I would submit that it is not secular based.

Obviously, an individual who is an atheist can have a moral code to live by, but when you're talking about the collective, its only by coercion that you get people to toe the line.

I want to thank you for your precise answers about homosexuality that you have been making to many of the posts. I think you have a good grasp of the homosexual situation. Glad you answered all those posts as there is no way I could have kept up.
