Seephen,

Yesterday, ML analyst Joe Osha raised his price target on Texas Instruments (TXN
$91 5/8) from $90 to $110. The move was not unexpected because the alternative
would have been to downgrade the rating. Yesterday's positive move in TXN put the
stock on the ratings border again -- 20% upside. The new target was based on 52x
00E. By the way, the analyst based his Intel (INTC $87 5/8) target on only 34x 00E.
INTC currently needs a new target.

Good point about Osha being due for a price target upgrade for Intel. This morning, I saw on CNBC that ML came out with a list of ten best tech buys going forward. 1 - 2 were Cisco and Intel. Osha has been bullish on Intel from day one, after taking over for Kurlak.
