Investment community seems to be ignoring them. Lets not be vague in mentioning legal items. I could do the same with positives.

Well, heck, it is my understanding that there was a board
meeting yesterday at UP. I guess they decided not to face
some hard facts and the court date is still looming for the
17th.
Frankly speaking, if I were a shareholder I'd sure want to
ask UP for a written position statement on this matter for
future reference. Especially, I think, in terms of today's
run up.
