TRIIBoy, I currently have no position in SONO, but have lurked here for the last few weeks. I've often wondered about something regarding SONO's new technology.

Perhaps you can help me steer through things.

I thought (perhaps incorrectly so) that technology developed under a federal grant (or for the military)that was patentable belonged to the regulatory agency that issued the funding, making it difficult, if not impossible for the company that did the development work to secure the protections accorded under patent law.

Is that an issue with SONO? I just don't know the answer.

Thanks for your consideration on this question.

Best regards,

Mark A. Peterson
