Might have been me Howard.

I always recommend people buy and sell when it gets too uncomfortable for them.

But I always try to do it in percentages..

I.e. ever 10% up, I sell 10% of my shares...

Or every 5% I sell 5%

Or every 30% I sell 50%

Something like that....
