MB,
two interesting articles about Intel and Rambus:

1) Intel's bogus bandwidth test tool and results, (and using VIA's chipsets with PC133 or VC RAM is as good as RDRAM 800MHz with Intel's Camino):

2) Dell's test shows RDRAM box are 15%-40% SLOWER than PC-100 SDRAM box running MS office applications:

MB-DJX best for index puts?
I think a recent post of yours expressed this index as the one of choice. I noticed that the biggest weightings were AXP IBM JPM GE & HWP. In case you hadn't checked the largest components recently do still feel the same way vs the IIX? Thanks Bob

Mike:

I actually heard that this was going to be allowed for a certain time period in order to avoid any issues with "y2k" problems.

On a different note, I need to broaden by horizens and look at stocks in addition to technology/electronics/banks for put prospects. Have any ideas/recommendations ? thanks

To All, Funny internet anal ist on CNBS today. He thinks the price competition on E-Commerce will go away in a year or two and customers will go for the great service. Is he brain dead, or what? Who buys anything on the net that isn't cheaper than they can get locally? Other than shut ins? These guys exist in a world that may look like ours, but is mostly in their minds. <g>
