I know that is the frustrating part. I love AOL b/c I am not that computer literate and it is easy for downloading files, but when I constantly get kicked off it seems like more of a hassle. If it was a free service I wouldn't complain, but we pay a nice chunk each month and you would think that these kinks would be worked out by now. It seems like I have been bumped more lately than I have since I signed up for their service.

I was once AOHell user and their service sucks so I changed to some local ISP which is pretty good. But more strange than you is that I bought AOL stock last month and it really SUUUUUUUUUUUUUCKS. The AOL stock is worse than its service!!!!!!!
