Reminds me of the time recently when Data Broadcasting called me and bitched at me because I had called their 800 support number 6 times the previous day. They said they would have to raise subscription fees if people like me keep cranking up their phone bill.

I kept the guy on the line for 20 minutes explaining that if perhaps they would answer their phones rather than just making me listen to some tape telling me that all of the support lines are full repeatedly for half an hour, I wouldn't have to hang up and try later.

I've been a subscriber for 10 years and I have to listen to that crap.... Really torqued me off.

I gotta get me one of them phones like you have that will redial every 75 seconds...
