I still have no answer to my question regarding exactly what their patent covers and what they are doing to enforce the patent. I would like to know if their competitors are infringing on the IIA patent.

This is the response I just received on patents:

The patents that IIA have are on the technology process which links the telephone line with an internet address. At this time we have made the decision not to pursue legal action against potential violators of these patents due to the management time and legal costs involved. We prefer at
this time to spend time and money in expanding our business.

I wonder if by failing to protect their patent rights now they give up the option of taking action at a later time.
