Good thread. If Ritalin is well-tolerated, I'm not sure what the issue is. If the single-isomer is more effective than the original, then isn't it effectively just a more concentrated version? What's the difference between taking 5mg of one, and 10mg of the other? I can see duration would be an issue though, and must admit I haven't read following posts sufficiently carefully to see whether duration of, say, 5mg or single-isomer is greater than 10mg of Ritalin.
