Sorry: By the time of the demo it will be to late! Oct 2, 3, 1999 nothing will be there from ORXX to HABE, as the process will be in the open for just about anyone. What would be a reason not to give ORXX an exclusive on this process to protect the share holders of the process called "The HABE Gold Process" to date. If one was granted would it help the investment made todate by the shareholders? So if there is not a exclusive granted by HABE to ORXX, HABE stockholders and Mr. H. may end up with nothing from any new mining firm that wants the process, as ORXX may have the right to offer it to anyone they have come in contact with from the advertising and news of this test. Boy I'm very dumb or someone is missing the boat on this one. Yet this was just IMO something that smell's like a fish. of what I'm seeing in some of what may or may not take place for or,or,or,or,or,or.....?????????????????????????????????????????????? Now if a exclusive was granted, would it protect the stockholders? If so how???? Yet I have not seen the agreement and who's to know if anyone is looking out for (HABE-BB) investors or what is in the contract? I think the stockholders who own this should invest some time in looking into the issue A.S.A.P..... Time for the investors in HABE to wake up and see what they may or may not loose with no pure exclusive passed to ORXX. Like they say don't let the open door hit ya in the a** on the way out..... cuz right now it's just a little chunk of paper called stock... nothing more and nothing less, and an agreement that no one know's of at this site or any that I have read.
