Let's see--you said it was illegal to short an ipo for 30 days. I have proved to you that it is not. I win; you lose. Can't take it, can you. Sounds like you have blown your gaskets at being proved wrong in front of other people.

By the way--the opposite of criminal is not illegal.

"I'm glad you think you know everything - being that I deal with it every day I also know you are wrong - I warned you not to PM me and you did - the next one goes to SI as a violation of TOS - I have done it before to people like you and they have not been heard from since.

Make my day !"

Oh no---I am so scared.

A violation of securities laws CAN be criminal, but is always a civil violation and is ALWAYS "illegal" !

I think you need to go back law school. How can something be both a civil violation and criminal at the same time. You need to think before you write. It will either be criminal or civil, but not both dearie.

By the way--if you cite Black Laws Dictionary in any legal writing---you will be laughed at. Ask any attorney (good attorney).
