Favorable! 09/10 08:34 INSTANT VIEW -U.S. August PPI up 0.5 percent NEW YORK, Sept 10 (Reuters) - The following are comments from economists and market experts after the U.S. Labor Department reported that the Producer Price Index (PPI) rose 0.5 percent in August after a 0.2 percent gain in July. The core PPI rate, which excludes food and energy prices, declined 0.1 percent in August after being unchanged in July. Economists polled by Reuters had predicted, on average, that overall PPI would increase 0.3 percent while core PPI would advance 0.1 percent. GERALD COHEN, SENIOR ECONOMIST, MERRILL LYNCH & CO.: "This is a really good number. ...This is a very favorable number for the markets and for keeping the Fed on hold."

Your Post Shows your ignorance -- Every Day both the SEC and the US Atty office take action based on 10b-5 -- --- that is based on both civil and criminal actions. Maybe you need another example - NY State has the Martin Act -- both civil and criminal actions may be launched based on the same statute. Obviously you are more stupid then I thought Doctor !
