Hi,

Interestingly enough, when I looked at the Windows 98 SE CD-ROM tweak-ui wasn't there. The resource kit sampler was though.

I had to install tweak-ui 98 from the first version of the OS, even though I was installing the second edition. Strange.

PW, thanks for the lead. But, I have no Win98 CD. Both my
PCs came only with a restore CD containing all original
software.[Compaq and eMachine]. I just now scanned the
eMachine CD and did find some interesting files I will
browse on the next rainy weekend. Reskit was not there.

I believe in making use of what I already have. :)

PMS,
I have Win95. Does Win95 have a utility that "explains what
each file in Windows does, easy ways to set registry values for useful results, ..., and a graphical system to manage the whole works"?
