Mobile phone Helps Save Would-Be Immigrants

MADRID (Reuters) - A mobile telephone helped save nearly 30 Moroccans
adrift in a small boat in the Mediterranean Sea, Spanish police said Friday.

``They called us saying they were in danger near Gibraltar,' a police
spokesman said from Cadiz, on Spain's southern coast.

The 29 Moroccans, trying to enter Spain illegally, dialed a Spanish
emergency telephone number to alert the rescue authorities and were picked
by a police launch before being returned home.

Every year, hundreds of would-be immigrants drown trying to cross the
dangerous Straits of Gibraltar from North Africa in search of a better life in
Europe.

Lindy,

Complaining too many negative messages? I am merely responding to those messages directed to me. If you don't direct your messages to me, I would not respond at all. But, if I have to respond, I just can't lie. I have to tell what I really believe. Naz up 30, QCOM stuck in the mud. Do you think the market agree with you or me?

Don't reply or I have to respond again.
