From what I hear about PSII, it will be a market dominator, equal or surpassing the SEGA graphics, but it will not make out for the XMAS season. SEGA has an advantage there. PSII has an advantage in that all of the PS games will run on the PSII. IMO, once Nintendo, PSII and SEGA release their new machines ( Microsoft is considering entering the space too), the winners will be driven by the software offerings.

The new Sega will have to do a lot better than 20 percent better than PS I to be competitive, which is what you are writing. If, one the other hand, you are comparing the new Sega to PS II, I would like to know where you were able to compare the two.
