All RMBS will have to go on .18 micron technology, so my choice would be ASML and CYMI. You must take into account however, that a lot of this has been discounted in their current prices and you are not getting bargains that you could have gotten just few months back.

Thanks Zeev, so no "niche" player that could benefit from something specific to Rambus memory as far as you know ?

It seems there may be a lot of money to be made in heat spreader plates. Perhaps one could charge extra for gold plated versions (a bit like the gold plated battery terminals available for automobile "hi-fi").
