You have a good point. I'd say throw them all in jail including the big analyst firms but then the prisons would get waaaaaaaaaay too crowded.

Just my opinion.

"What does an OTC:BB firm do to bring attention to their company when the same analyst won't even look at them?"

#1)Make money
#2)Become a fully reporting company
#3)Produce good drill results that are independently assayed by a reputable lab

I guess you are right...this was the only way.

An analyst for a big firm can put out a buy on a blue-chip company after loading up first and dump through the brokers to retail investors.

Isn't that the truth.

That's kosher

It would be if they had the same disclaimer as Doppler HOWEVER they never tell you that their brokerage firm just took a 2 million share position, three days before their so called analysts report came out.

and you are correct, the retail brokers start the phone calls to their clients, pure crap oh well buyer beware.

In all instances the buyer of any stock should be aware of the RISKS, in Canada two examples, T Eaton Co. and Loewen Funeral Services.

Eatons is being liquidated, and Loewen shares have gone from a high of 40 dollars to cents in the past 18 months. As a matter of fact Lowen board refused a buyout offer from SCI for I think 42 dollars a share 2 years ago.

I like this company's (CDCH) property and the chances, I understand the risk, I could lose my whole investment, but heck I am glad I did not buy Eaton's stock one year ago at 15 bucks, cause they are delisted and being wound up by a receiver.

To put this in perspective for you American's. Eaton's is Canada's equivalent to Sears, it was started in 1860 or so, no not a typo that is the 18 hundred's.

I bet there are some American's on this forum that are "young" enough to remember a little airline called Pan Am where did they go?

Good luck to all

John
