Jim, my gut feeling is that there are some slogs loosing any hope that there is any cash value left in the company. For me a tax loss by selling at .33 or at .0 makes very little difference. I will see the hand played out. Bob

Jim, I think at the moment, it is just a VERY tenuous situation. There are about a thousand unknowns and questions that need answering. For many "investors" in this stock it is probably overwhelming. I'm sure Billy is a bit overwhelmed at the moment. They need to quickly ascertain whatever rightfully belongs to the Company and seize it as quickly as possible. There are certain elements (read former) owner who probably are doing what they can to thwart this at every turn. There is very choppy water ahead. This is one of the best all time investing soap operas that I've ever seen. Actually quite incredible.
