Not clear from your post whether or not you have a theory on "Why?" the Q is meeting with major shareholders ?

Do you see some connection to the issues/considerations surrounding the rumored plan to sell the handset division ?

And if not that issue, then what ? ; Candidate plans for allocation of the newly acquired cash ? ; Other thoughts ?
