JPR:If Congress comes to power most likely the same fate will befall them,ie.'Fat mama' will be coming up with a new demand first thing every morning and most likely it will have soemthing to do with dropping the dozen or so corruption charges pending against her.

It is overly simplistic to say that Jayalalitha is all that is wrong with Indian politics, though looking at things that way might suit the worldview of some -- politicians as well as people. There are people in the Congress, Janata Dal [A-Z], Lok Dal etc. who are as corrupt, if not more corrupt than her. And there are people in the BJP who are far bigger demagogues than her.
