Have you ever read any auditor comment to other penny stocks who did not state that? Avoids legal problems for people who work for shares, not big eight CPA's.

Hi Steve,

Basically, you have to see LGOV for what it has (LICENSES) and what it's going to be (post-JV with big fuels co.) - a major monopoly in China.

Auditors are "beancounters", not visionaries - so the big bash in the '97 audit was not unexpected.

There are folks in LGOV who paid $3+ per share for 1MM+/- shares, and they haven't bailed. Most of us are averaged in around 0.12+-, happy as a clam, and patiently waiting. To the best of all of our information from all sources, the wait is about over.

A dime may get you a buck, and 10-baggers are pretty cool. No one is saying to base your 401K or IRA on LGOV; but nG's of risk capital may make you a very happy camper.

Welcome aboard.

John :-)
