Hello Jim, I'd like to make a recommendation for the Golden List, which is Pyng Technology. They have spent a number of years doing field trials and finalizing the design of the FAST1 which is a life saving Intraosseous Infusion System. Intraosseous infusion (IOI) is a proven medical technique for getting drugs and fluids into the bloodstream. Resuscitative drugs and volume replacement fluids quickly (90 sec)flow from the bone marrow through small blood vessels to enter the central venous system. There is Civilian and Military interest, namely Ambulance services and the US Army. One of the great features of this device is that it can be administered in the dark such as a battle field or disaster scene. IMO this has great potential over the near and long term.
