Isn't CNXT a big CDMA supporter? If so, what would be the implications for CNXT and DSP IF DSP was taken out?

I think the dsp/mot story would be a lot different than vlsi/phillips. Both dsp and mot are cdma licensees, so I doubt if Q could shut down their chipset production.

Eugene K--My guess is that the license is voided if the company is acquired. As for Phillips, Unless they commit to open up Europe, I suggest that Q should treat they as shabbily as possible.
