floydie,

You're right! There's not a strong growth in the no. of State Fairs etc. and the attendance there is certainly not affected by the Pokemon craze. I don't see kids running to the fair just for that chance to win a Pokemon prize.

Non-exclusivity of the agreement means that the competition is going to do the same thing. They have no corner on the Pokemon-State Fair-Trinket market!

So, I don't see how biz. volume would be affected at all! It will simply mean that last years craze will be replaced by this years craze and keep biz. at about the same level. Sales of their other trinkets would be cut in bye the Pokemon sales. Overall sales would be the same.

Anyways, it's dilutive death spiral or BK for this POS. Those are the two options.

Re. it's book value or $11. Some look at this and say "Well if it goes BK, then shareholders get $11/share when they break up the company". Nonsense, some $72M of their reported assets is inventory - worthless garbage they can't sell.

I don't know what it's true value is, but, I'd suspect about 1-5% of what they report, making a true B.V. of around $1.20 to $1.70. On this basis they shouldn't have adequate net tangible assets to meet listing requirements. What's your opinion of this?
