Hello Nathan:

I believe it is not uncommon when there are negotiations for sale of a company for there to be an agreement of non-disclosure. There may be information that is exchanged necessarily in order that a fair deal may be made, but which would be injurious to the party concerned if made available to competition generally, particularly if no deal is closed.

My guess is that the interested parties are internal--maybe operations management or a group of existing shareholders. Haven't we heard hints of this before both here on this board and at Stockhouse?
