Hi Rande, here is a real deal fully reporting penny that has been off and on the scope of various SI members for awhile. I have a large position in this one and expect very good things for the company by year end. This is a portion of a note I wrote to one of my investment newsletters: As a subscriber to your quality newsletter, I would like to bring to your attention a real sleeping penny giant, soon in my opinion, to awaken and be discovered by the world of manufacturers and police departments. Tracker Corporation of America (TRKR) almost died and was brought through it's darkest hour by a visionary CEO, Bruce Lewis, at much personal sacrifice. Due to an unusual set of circumstances this company is poised to gain contracts over the next year that could mean 2--4 dollars/share earnings or more and yet this completely off the radar FULLY REPORTING company, with financials through 1998 that completely miss where the company is at right now, is trading in the low 20 cent range. The company's Ceo, reached at 1-800-822-8757, is responsive and very informative. I disclose that I am a substantial shareholder. This company in my opinion has more potential than anything I've ever seen. The company will send a very nice investor packet, usually Fed EX overnight, on request. I anticipate earnings within 4 years to be split adjusted at $20/share and this is not hype! This company will IMO quickly go Fortune 500 if it proceeds along its business plan without any huge errors along the way. I won't bore you with details since the details are readily available. Just PLEASE don't take my word for it but give me the courtesy as a subscriber of making the effort to call the CEO and do a minimum dd. Even if you're put off by the current price, watch very closely because as it moves to a dollar plus the move will probably coincide with events that will quickly propel the stock to much higher levels. As an aside, I brought this company to the attention of a quality pr firm (contact in the firm and this firm is involved in funding and has many deep pocket connections ) which, after their dd, became very excited about this unusual opportunity and have now thrown their hat into the ring of contenders to represent TRKR as it moves out of the penny shadows and into the big board limelight. The significance of this is that this pr firm is a rare bird--they'll only take on companies that are ‘real deals', have explosive potential, and are enough of a ‘sure thing' that there will be no harm to their reputation/credibility with their large stable of deep pocket investors (including about 5,000 brokers who are willing to invest in under $5 stocks as long as they're at least fully reporting and have reasonable guarantees of relatively soon being on Nasdaq or other board. Best wishes, patwrk A bit of info: Fully reporting, 50mil outstanding with 100 auth, 12-14 mil in the float with rest restric/tightly held, current price .225, recent favorable use as needed 6 million finance, close to decision on pr firm but reportedly looking at only quality outfits--no P&D guys, signed 20 million contract with the Florida Police Ass--est. by my sources to be way understated ( Florida Police on their own failed approach were up to 80 mil in less than 3 yrs, beta testing sony playstations for which sony is paying and now rumors suggest sony interested in larger scope aplic., already signed contract with Schwinn which has been successfully implimented--bikes being recovered, word is that company talking to many big product manufacturers and numerous state police organizations. I've personally met with CEO and his company's legal council for 3 hours in Portland Oregon, I've talked at length with former FBI Wash DC office director/now represents trkr to police organizations and has very good reputation, I've searched and found no viable competitors in what appears to be unfolding worldwide niche monopoly business with a true solution to problems costing both police and companies enormous amounts of money. I've personally brought trkr and its emerging capabilities to attention of my own police and company contacts who, on their onw, are becoming very interested. My broker has found, with his own dd, that the company is the real deal. His firm works closely with Symbol Tech./NYSE company and Symbol is very 'tight' with trkr (having publically guaranteed TRKR's warrantees and stated that top Symbol officials will be willing to accompany TRKR to contract negotions)! My broker has committed a significant portion of his personal savings to trkr after he also personally met with the trkr ceo. This is a one time post on TRKR on this board since, as you know, I'm not a regular here. Best wishes, patwrk

Rande, More on STGA: From the last press release: ...In addition, the Company is taking an aggressive move to increase shareholder value by pursuing a number of acquisition and merger candidates, as well as increasing its current product lines. biz.yahoo.com Already earned $.04/share in first 6 months and had EBITDA of $.11/share. ..seems safe that buying and holding till news or M&A activity will be profitable. I have a very small position and looking to add substantially at 1/4 or 1/4+ Feedback appreciated, Joe
