Yes. That toe thing is CRUCIAL. Did we say that toe cut off in the lift thing is crucial? I hope we did. Where's that post of mine about fingers.... It's good you said that. Because you're not kidding. Teenagers especially. They're safety stupid. Period. I wouldn't even let them lift the gate. Coby has also mentioned she thinks she might have some ADD in there. No no no no no. No. Everyone who can actually use things safely, like say my cousin, knows ADD should really be acronymed IDIOT. You know what I do? Seriously. I stand in the position in which I would be injured and think BAD injury thoughts I memorize that spot, fused with PAIN. I bite my cheek. I squeeze a testicle hard. I think of Nancy Reagan telling me, "Just say no to drugs." And hope I'm not on drugs when she says it. I memorize the place not to be. I touch the surfaces that would kill me. I get scared. I have to. Get right up there close, for my own safety. And the last time I helped Dash unload one of his lift-gate deliveries, I almost got nailed twice. But shit, I try. People need to be careful.
