Talking to yourself again auggie? Well, to date things again. We4're picking apples now, got about 2 bushles stewing right now for apple sauce. And plan on about 10+ quarts of juice(can them the same way I do the tomatoes. Anyone know if I could add rasins to the apple sauce? I sprinkle a little cinnimon into it to take away some of the tartness, but I love warm rasins in a warm apple sause too. Makes great topping for Ice Cream too. Though I don't make that. At least not 'till we get our first milker cow. We're set for chicks this spring, that's the first step. Maybe a rooster also to P*ss off my neighbor with those damn yapping poodles.!~!!!!
