GEM-T "Let someone come out with a system where people are not treated like bank customers and with some sort of human element that is friendly with a good execution system and they will make a fortune." I know what u mean. It took me about 4 - 6 weeks to change my original application to allow for shorting at TD. I gotta admit the new guy at the branch took ownership of the situation and ensured that everything was followed through. The folks at the local Kitchener office are real nice except for the odd atitude child. Osprey, I have a friend who worked at TD for 3 months until he quit. He called it a glorified telemarketing job, the kids hate it!!! They are over-worked as volume of calls is way too high. I went through an interview 2 years ago and was offered a job as well but something told me that was not the best route to break into the industry. Check out American Gem GEM-T I think they are working on something for on-line trading junkies who deserve a little respect.
