People may stand on street corners all day long and shout their opinions about anything but,they have no right to get right up into someone elses face with it. That is the time to bring in the local authorities with charges of harrassment or misdemeanor assault(maybe,I am no lawyer) and handle it on a case to case basis. My opposition is in calling in the federal government to pass an all encompassing law which will end up with multiple loop holes and interpretations the will ultimately convolute the intention of the law. We have enough "big brother" now and the power already wielded by the feds is becoming oppressive...TD
